A FRIENDLY CHURCH:

You will recieve a hearty welcome from our Pastor and the members of Our Saviour. Our membership consists of people in all social classes, ages and walks of life. We are a caring church, and are concered about you and your needs.

AN EVANGILISTIC CHURCH:

We are concered that you come to know Jesus as your lord and Saviour. In our Adult Information Class that basic teaching of the Christian faith is explained, using the Bible as the only reference book. These classes are cunducted in an informal atmosphere, where questions and discussion are encouraged and welcomed.

A BIBLE CHURCH:

We believe and teach that the entire Bible is the Word of God, given man by the Holy Spirit. In every teaching we follow this principle: The Bible alone has the answers to the basic questions of life.

A LUTHERAN CHURCH:

A church that traces it origins through Martin Luther's Reformation of 1517 and back to the Church of the Apostle established by Jesus Christ, Himself. We are part of an over 2.5 million memeber church called the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod which has congregations world-wide.

A SACRAMENTAL CHURCH:

We administer the sacraments of Baptism and the Lord's Supper according to Christ's institution and command. We believe that through these humble acts God offers and seals forgivness of sins, eternal life and salvation to all believers.

A GOSPEL CHURCH:

Our preaching and teaching is "Gospel" centered. We proclaim the Good News that God through His Son, Jesus Christ, has redeemed the entire world from the slavery of sin, and death, and hell. Also, that we recieve forgivness of our sins and eternal life completely and freely as God's gift through faith in Jesus Christ, who fullfilled the Law of God for us and suffered our deserved punishment as our substitute and Saviour.

A LITIUGICAL CHURCH:

In our worship services a definite "pattern of worship" is used. This aids the worshipper in gaining the maximum benifit and blessing from the worship and hearing the Word of God read, explained and applied to daily life. Worship to the Lutheran is a joyous, happy high point of his week. We believe that an alter, cross, candles, vestments, banners and other symbols add life and dignity to church worship.
